Lindsay currently serves as a Board Director / Advisor to private companies, Family Offices and business groups in Brisbane, providing independent strategic oversight and acting as a trusted board-level sounding board for complex commercial and family-enterprise decisions.

Earlier non-executive appointments included chairing Audit & Finance Committees, and chairing a Sponsorship & Philanthropy Committee — experience that pairs financial oversight with the reputational and community dimensions boards increasingly carry.

He holds a Fellowship of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and of the Taxation Institute of Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
